Over his career he has led diverse teams including Human Trafficking, Cybercrime and OSINT, Digital Forensics, Internet Child Exploitation, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Assault and Child Abuse, Missing Persons, Mental Health Unit, and High Risk Offender Management, ensuring professionalism, integrity, and trauma-informed practices throughout his leadership.
His past career has been defined by a commitment to guiding investigative teams in navigating sensitive matters, mitigating risks, and upholding compliance with organizational and legal standards.
As manager of Workplace and Corporate Investigations, Dave is dedicated to ensuring that impartial, thorough investigations that support a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace environment are conducted. He ensures that investigations are handled with care and precision with a focus on building trust with all parties.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton University and has completed numerous investigative courses as well as advanced training in cybercrime investigations, OSINT, and human rights. Fluent in multiple languages, Dave brings a diverse and culturally informed perspective to workplace investigations.
